I was about 12 years old (this was in the mid-1990s). I was visiting my aunt in the countryside, and I was just chilling in the living room with my cousins when my father comes in and says, ‘Yo, there’s a flying saucer in the sky!’ He grabs me and drags me outside since none of us believe him. My mother, aunt, and all the neighbours are standing on the street, pointing to the sky. There was a light that looked like an extremely bright star but was moving at breakneck speed and making erratic manoeuvres and sharp turns. I watched it for a few minutes before becoming bored and returning inside.”
I spotted a UFO over the I-40 highway while I was in a homeless shelter in Holbrook, Arizona. I was having a cigarette with one of my dear friends when I noticed a trail of flames across the sky. When I got a closer look, it was exactly what you see in the books: a saucer with a cockpit on top. I wasn’t the only one who noticed it; my friend ran inside and informed the others at the shelter, and they all saw the same thing, so I knew I wasn’t insane.
I was driving to Las Vegas and had allowed myself two hours extra for my flight. I was irritated by a bright light behind me. The next thing I know, it’s an hour later and I’ve gone 30 miles in the wrong direction. I turned around and drove back, nearly able to keep my eyes open and with barely enough time to park and fly. It was bizarre.”
