A heroic mother of three can be seen in a recently viral video stopping a large gang of mobs from beating a defenseless man to a pulp. Clare Larky-Jones, 48, was recognized as the woman who intervened and prevented a guy from being savagely beaten. Clare, a female police officer, had apparently ended an 11-hour shift and was on her way to pick up her brother and his girlfriend when she heard a lot of commotion.
She asked her brother and his girlfriend not to get out of the car, and then got out to investigate the origin of the disturbance. This is when she noticed a band of young males ambushing a man in his twenties. Clare described the young men as “pack animals.”
Using the skills she learned while working with the police, she tracked down the main attacker and attacked him.
“I basically went on autopilot and grabbed the ringleader, yelled at them, and yanked him off before they ran away, then phoned the cops and an ambulance.”
