A day after India’s Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son actor Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for the deadly COVID 19 virus, his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya followed the trail. Their reports were confirmed by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Sunday.
Senior Bachchan was shifted to the Respiratory Isolation Unit of Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital on Saturday evening accompanied Abhishek conversely, Aishwarya and her daughter are selfly quarantining at home. To share the news, the duo took to twitter.
Amitabh Bachchan tweeted, “I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff underwent tests, results awaited ..All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested!”
Abhishek Bachchan tweeted, “Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be selfly quarantining at home. The BMC has been updated on their situation and is doing the needful. The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayer.”
